CAM MILLING MODELS / PLUGS AND DIRECT MOLDS

Computer-driven milling machines produce precise shapes of plugs or direct molds corresponding to the designed 3D geometries with a typical tolerance of under 1 mm. The plug technologies vary to support the mold quality needed and help reduce CAPEX. The direct molds enable a small trial series of product to be fully tested prior to investing in full-scope molds.

MOLDS

The type and quality of molds are designed to the needs of production. A variety of resin systems (polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy) and reinforcements are used to support different methods of GRP production and to the number of pulls expected from the tool. Our experience from a range of production environments and mold cultures enables us to design the right solution for our clients.

TOOLS AND JIGS

We manufacture all the necessary tools and jigs to support the production process and help achieve the time, cost and quality projected.
